News agency ANSA is reporting that a meeting is taking place between the player’s representatives and Bologna sporting director Pantaleo Corvino.

The player is thought to have already agreed on a salary, so the summit is to discuss bonuses and image rights.

Roma have already given the green light to the transfer, and confirmation of the move is expected to arrive within days, if not hours.

Destro joined the Lupi for a total of around €16m in 2012, but struggled to hold down a place and was loaned out to Milan for the second half of last season.

However, the 24-year-old scored just three times in 15 appearances, and the Rossoneri opted not to make the transfer permanent.
