“It was tough to win tonight,” the Coach told TF1. “We had so many scoring opportunities, the goalkeeper saved a few and we missed others.

“The important thing is that we finished first in our group and qualified for the knockout round. All is well.

“It was key for us that all the players get match fitness and now we have five days to prepare for Nigeria, but first we will enjoy this qualification.”
