Cracks are reportedly starting to form in the relationship between Ivan Juric and the Torino management following the derby defeat to Juventus

The Bianconeri did enough to secure all three points away to the Granata yesterday, with Dusan Vlahovic finding the back of the net in the 74th minute to edge out a 1-0 win. It was a disappointing affair for Torino, who were keen to take advantage of Juventus’ poor form and pick up a win.

As reported by the Turin edition of La Repubblica, Juric was clearly dejected following Torino’s loss to Juventus yesterday and his vague comments to the media suggested that the relationship with the club’s management has started to break down.

When asked about possible January reinforcements, the Torino coach looked unimpressed, saying: “No, because I took two slaps and took three steps back. Before I used to be ‘crazy’, I worked and fought, now I do my best but I do mine and focus on the team, I dedicate my energy to the training camp.”

Current impressions suggest that Juric will play out the season with Torino before departing next summer, despite the fact that his current contract expires with the club in 2024.
