Alessandro Del Piero will return to the Allianz Stadium tonight for the first leg of the Coppa Italia semi-final between Juventus and Inter, reports in Italy claim.
Sky Sport Italia and Romeo Agresti say the legendary Bianconeri striker will be at the Allianz Stadium for the second successive match tonight.
Del Piero had already attended Juventus’ home clash against Hellas Verona in Serie A on Saturday night and will be back for the match against the Nerazzurri on Tuesday.
This would be the third time the 2006 World Cup winner attended a Juventus match at the Allianz Stadium since his retirement.
The first time was in April 2022 for a Serie A match against Bologna.
Juventus fans dream of Del Piero’s permanent return to the club and according to Il Corriere della Sera, the Bianconeri could appoint their former legend as their new vice president although talks between club owners and the former No.10 have not begun yet.
