Gigi Del Neri believes Juventus were tired after their Milan win, but with Milos Krasic and Nicola Legrottaglie limping off admits “the injury crisis is worrying.”
The Bianconeri were held to their fourth consecutive Europa League stalemate, a 0-0 on home turf against Salzburg.
“Today we played well, but paid the price for the strain of our victory at Milan on Saturday,” said the Coach.
“We had to play lads who were born in 1992 and '93, so we can only compliment them on how they answered the call.”

However, the already-decimated Juve could be in an even worse situation against Cesena this weekend.
Krasic limped off during the second half, while Legrottaglie pulled up with a suspected thigh strain when the substitutions had been completed.
“The injury crisis is really starting to become very worrying,” confessed Del Neri.
Juve dropped to third place in Group A, as Manchester City lost 3-1 at Lech Poznan, so the Poles are now level top with Roberto Mancini's side.
“I am not remotely surprised at the result,” said the Bianconeri boss.
Lech and Manchester City have seven points, while Juventus follow on four.
