Juventus boss Gigi Del Neri believes Antonio Cassano will stay at Sampdoria despite his dispute with Riccardo Garrone, the club President.

Garrone has asked that Cassano's contract be rescinded after a falling out in October and a verdict is expected by the end of the week.

"You need to take Cassano for who he is," said Del Neri, who coached him at Marassi last season.

"I think that he will stay at Sampdoria because I don't see how this contentious problem can be resolved.
