“I must say that Naples is a very warm and beautiful place,” De Zerbi told SportItalia. “It has remained in my heart.
“I can’t help but have a wonderful memory, I had a good time there.
“I’m tied to the Azzurri as much as I’m tied to all the other clubs I played for. But today, the team is led by a great coach in Gennaro Gattuso.
“I have an excellent relationship with him, I think he’s a beautiful person and very professional. I can only wish him and Napoli the best."
