Italian coaches Roberto De Zerbi and Francesco Farioli continued to prove themselves as rising stars, securing wins over Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain respectively.

De Zerbi has already shown his talents in the dug-out in the Premier League and that continued at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon, when his Brighton side flew to an electric 3-1 win over the Red Devils.

The Seagulls now sit fourth in the Premier League table, having won four of their opening five games, also taking victory over Newcastle, Wolves and Luton Town.

On the other side of the English Channel, Farioli has hit the ground running in Ligue 1 with Nice, putting them second in the league table after the first five games.

The 34-year-old, who spent two years with Alanyaspor before heading to France, guided Les Aiglons to a thrilling 3-2 win away to PSG on Friday evening, snatching all three points in the capital despite a Kylian Mbappe brace.
