While Koni De Winter is the youngest Juventus player to start a Champions League game, it is the debut in Europe for 29-year-old Mattia Perin.
The match with Malmo kicks off in Turin at 17.45 GMT, you can follow all the build-up and action as it happens on the LIVEBLOG.
Youth team player De Winter had already come off the bench for 10 minutes during the 4-0 Champions League defeat to Chelsea on November 23.
The Belgium Under-21 international centre-back is in the initial XI tonight with Malmo and that allows him to make history as the youngest ever player to start in the Champions League for Juventus.
He is 19 years and 179 days old, beating the record previously held by Ruben Olivera at 19 years and 193 days.
De Winter was signed from Zulte Waregem’s youth academy in 2018.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Perin turned 29 last month and this is his absolute debut not just in the Champions League, but also in all European club competition.

Ah, so many names from Champ Manager days.
Forza Perin
As a juventino, I sure do hope Koni De Winter turns out to be a wonderkid, although knowing Juve, if he turns out too class, they’ll sell him asap.
@keema dude! So so true! I remember in one of the CM versions Ruben Olivera could become world class, priceless reference.
