Roma coach Daniele De Rossi has received a one-match ban in Serie A, so he’ll miss the upcoming match against table leaders Udinese, while Napoli and Cagliari were fined €30,000 each.

Roma coach De Rossi won’t be on the touchline at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday, September 22, when his Roma side host Udinese.

Roma coach De Rossi given one-match ban in Serie A, Napoli fined

The former midfielder was sent off for dissent in the final minutes of Sunday’s 1-1 draw against Genoa, and the Sports Judge has just confirmed a one-match ban for him, as reported by TMW.

Two players received a one-match ban after Round 4: Parma’s Lamine Mandela Keita and Venezia’s Hans Nicolussi Caviglia. Both players received two yellow cards – and a consequent red – in away games against Udinese and Milan.

Napoli and Cagliari were fined €30,000 each following incidents in the stands on Sunday. The game at the Unipol Domus was suspended for seven minutes due to fans’ clashes.

Lastly, Atalanta were fined €3,000 as their fans threw two plastic bottles on the pitch during a home game against Fiorentina.
