A statement today confirmed De Jong has a tear to the soleus of his right leg and “the evolution of the injury will condition the player’s availability.”

This is essentially a calf strain and the extent of the lay-off depends on how deep the tear is.

We already know that Barcelona will be short-staffed in midfield for the second leg against Napoli, because Sergio Busquets and Arturo Vidal are suspended.
