The agent of Napoli midfielder Jonathan De Guzman says talk of a Carpi move is “just rumours”.
The 28-year-old hasn’t made a single appearance for the Partenopei under Maurizio Sarri this season, and has been linked with a January switch to the Biancorossi.
“There won’t be a solution any time soon,” Fabio Parisi cautioned, speaking to Tuttomercatoweb.
“January is a long month. Carpi? Those are just rumours, there are several solutions, but we’re working to find the best one for the lad.
