Netherlands manager Frank de Boer admits Italy ‘are the team who impressed me the most’ at Euro 2020 so far.
The Azzurri won both games 3-0 against Turkey and Switzerland, and host Wales today at 17.00 UK time.
“Italy are the team who impressed me the most,” said De Boer in his press conference ahead of the Dutch game against North Macedonia.
“Germany are also back among the favourites after yesterday’s victory against Portugal. They had the perfect performance, probably the best of the tournament so far.”
Italy are the only team to have so far won both games without conceding a goal, scoring six.
