“I have some doubts that will remain until the last minute, as I have decisions to make in all three areas of the team,” confessed D’Aversa in his Press conference.

“I have some doubts that will remain until the last minute, as I have decisions to make in all three areas of the team,” confessed D’Aversa in his Press conference.
“We have almost a complete squad, aside from Francisco Sierralta, Federico Dimarco and of course suspended Leo Stulac. If you look at the characteristics, then Matteo Scozzarella can step in for Stulac, but there are other players like Luca Rigoni and Alessandro Deiola who can interpret that role differently.
“Inglese is an important player and having him back is important, as he has this physicality that holds the ball up. He could start, but probably doesn’t have 90 minutes in his legs.
“Torino have so much potential and can challenge for a place in the Europa League. They are a physical side with quality too, similar to Atalanta, as they cover the width of the pitch well.
“It’s going to be a very physical battle and the most important thing will be to keep our passing clean.”
This is the first Parma game under ‘new’ President Pietro Pizzarotti, although technically he and his conglomerate had been behind the rebirth of the club from Serie D, purchasing back their shares from a Chinese company this month.
“Pizzarotti really cares about the club and the city. He represents this team in the best way and we all hope to give him the satisfaction of a win on his debut. He passes on that passion to the lads and I can’t ask for better than that from a President,” added D’Aversa.
