D’Aversa felt Parma had managed to limit the Bianconeri in the first half, but felt the home side gained confidence after scoring before the break.

“It’s a constant component of this year, we throw away excellent performances,” he told DAZN. “I’m referring to the first half, when we conceded from a corner and we compromised the game, giving Juventus confidence.

“We also had big chances in the area and sent it over the crossbar and instead they capitalise, because there’s that determination to bring home the result.

“We managed to concede the third goal in man marking. I think it’s a mental question of determination, of grit.”

Parma are 11 points away from safety at 19th in the table, whilst Juventus climbed to third with the win.
