Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet report that Inter are very close to reaching an agreement with Tottenham for midfielder Christian Eriksen worth €20-23m.

They insist that despite earlier reports of Inter being priced out of an early move for Eriksen, the asking price is not €30m.

It seems the €20-23m proposal has swayed Spurs chairman Daniel Levy to let the player leave this month, as he will be a free agent from June.

The Danish report also maintains that Inter coach Antonio Conte has pushed the club to make a move for Eriksen now, in order to dethrone Juventus at the top of the Italian game.

Inter missed out on Dejan Kulusevski this week, as the midfielder will join Juve next summer, and it seems that this has persuaded the club to push the boat out for the Denmark international.
