“It’s very important for us to have the fans on our side, as we need this alchemy between us and the crowd to give our all on the pitch,” Danilo told Amazon Prime Italia.

Max Allegri has transformed the side to a 4-3-3 with Federico Bernardeschi as the False 9, flanked by Federico Chiesa and Juan Cuadrado, due to an injury crisis that ruled out Paulo Dybala and Alvaro Morata.

The coach demanded a performance with determination and technique, so what does Danilo feel they need to deliver tonight?

“It means we cannot afford to make a mistake this evening.”

Both Juve and Chelsea won their opening games in the Champions League group, the Bianconeri winning 3-0 away to Malmo and the reigning trophy holders squeezing past Zenit 1-0 with a Romelu Lukaku goal.

  1. Bernardeschi over Kean???? Bernardeschi has never impressed in this position. Why not just use a proper striker?
