Dani Ceballos is looking increasingly likely to leave Real Madrid in the summer and Milan have spotted a transfer market opportunity, Spanish reports detail.
The 27-year-old Spanish midfielder has struggled for consistent playing time this season, despite having the appreciation of coach Carlo Ancelotti, seeing just 503 minutes of action across 21 appearances this season.
Milan are gearing up for an important summer transfer window, needing the right reinforcements to help them close the gap to league leaders Inter, who are on the verge of securing their 20th ever Scudetto.
Dani Ceballos opportunity
As reported by Mundo Deportivo, Milan could look to take advantage of their strong relationship with Real Madrid to find a low-cost deal for Dani Ceballos in the summer, keen to add the 27-year-old to Stefano Pioli’s squad.
A handful of Spanish clubs are also interested in the midfielder, including Real Betis and Atletico Madrid. The player is contracted to Los Blancos to June 2027 and could likely leave for around €10-15m.
