Atalanta director Tony D’Amico explains the secret behind the on-going success of his club as they go head-to-head with Bologna for fourth place this evening.
It kicks off at the Gewiss Stadium in Bergamo at 17.00 GMT.
“The old guard has remained intact, the owners also remain the same, have a clear structure and presence, and of course the coach,” D’Amico told DAZN when asked what the key was behind their remarkable consistency.
“Over the course of eight years, this is what allows the team to maintain that mentality, even when directors and players come and go.
“This allows Atalanta to face every match with unity and the right attitude.”
This is a head-to-head battle for fourth place, as only two points separate the teams going into this weekend.
