Danilo D’Ambrosio has been ruled out of the game against Napoli, as Inter confirmed a muscular injury, while Fabian Ruiz has flu.

Their first Serie A match of 2020 is due to kick off on Monday at 19.45 GMT.

A statement from the Nerazzurri announced D’Ambrosio has been diagnosed with a muscular issue in his right thigh following a training session.

He will be evaluated in more detail next week, effectively ruling him out of the trip to the Stadio San Paolo.
