Danilo D’Ambrosio has not made the trip for tomorrow’s showdown with Roma, joining Milan Skriniar and Robin Gosens on the Inter absentee list.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico on Sunday at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT).
This is a head-to-head for fourth place, as the Nerazzurri are on 60 points, followed by Roma, Milan and Atalanta all on 58.
According to Sky Sport Italia, D’Ambrosio is not included in the travelling party heading to the Capital this afternoon, as he has a muscular issue and coach Simone Inzaghi prefers not to take any risks.
It is a packed fixture list for Inter, who will face Milan in the Champions League semi-final next week.
Gosens was already absent after dislocating his shoulder while scoring in the 3-1 win over Lazio last week, while Skriniar had surgery for a back problem and his season is effectively over already.
Inter rested several star names during the midweek 6-0 win away to Verona, including Andre Onana, Nicolò Barella, Romelu Lukaku and Matteo Darmian.
