The Portuguese defender landed at the Linate Airport in Milan this afternoon and was taken straight to the La Madonnina clinic.
This is where he will have his mandatory Serie A physical, then meet with Milan doctors for his club medical on Sunday morning.

Milan have reportedly struck an agreement for a dry loan, so without any option to buy.
However, as with Real Madrid and Brahim Diaz, or Ante Rebic and Eintracht Frankfurt, it comes with a gentleman’s agreement to discuss an option to buy later in the season.
