According to Sky Sport Italia, he will join his new teammates tomorrow.
The Italian broadcasters claim the agreement is worth €15m plus add-ons, while Fabrizio Romano says Bologna will pay €12m plus bonuses.
Dallinga has scored 26 goals in 69 Ligue 1 matches.
