There are increasing reports Henrique Dalbert has agreed to join Fiorentina in exchange for Cristiano Biraghi to Inter.

The two clubs struck a deal a couple of weeks ago, but it all ground to a halt because Dalbert refused to make the move to Florence.

He had his heart set on a return to his former outfit Nice, but the Ligue 1 side failed to agree terms with Inter.

Dalbert was forced to reconsider and is still taking his time over it, which is why he is on the Inter bench for tonight’s Serie A game with Lecce.

Sky Sport Italia, La Gazzetta dello Sport and more claim Inter and Fiorentina are confident Dalbert has accepted the idea of going to the Stadio Artemio Franchi.

However, he will make a decision tomorrow and there are developments that could put a spanner in the works.

This evening, Nice announced the club takeover is complete and new owners in place, specifically Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s company INEOS.

If the Ligue 1 side come back in with improved terms, then Dalbert could try to force that transfer instead.
