The Viola has been linked with the former Milan forward and Alfredo Pedulla reports that the 22-year-old has given his word to the club from Florence.

Cutrone has only started three Premier League matches and scored twice in 12 appearances in the English league.

The report claims that Wolverhampton are asking for €22m for the Italian striker and that Fiorentina are currently trying to negotiate it down to an initial loan deal and are only willing to pay €20m for a permanent transfer.

Pedulla writes that Cutrone has already said yes to Fiorentina and now the clubs need to find an agreement to bring the player back to Serie A.

Fiorentina are preparing to face Bologna at the Renato Dall’Ara today, when they return to action from the winter break with a new coach at the helm.

Beppe Iachini replaced Vincenzo Montella after a difficult start to the season and they currently sit at 15th in the League after 17 games.
