Transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio had stated on Thursday that Milan were trying to orchestrate a triple move, with Andre Silva to Monaco and Cutrone to Wolves, raising the €55m needed to purchase Angel Correa.

However, while Andre Silva is in advanced talks with Monaco and Atletico Madrid director Andrea Berta is expected to meet with Milan next week, Cutrone is proving an issue.

The 21-year-old centre-forward is said to be unsure about a Wolves switch, preferring to remain in Serie A.

Cutrone came up through the Milan youth academy and scored an impressive 27 goals with seven assists in 90 competitive games for the club.

He has also been linked with Torino, Fiorentina, Sassuolo and Brescia.
