Patrick Cutrone is reported to be on the verge of joining Wolverhampton Wanderers, as he was taken out of Milan’s training camp.

The striker was spotted leaving training in Boston early on Friday during their pre-season tour, accompanied by a member of staff, and Radio Rossonera report he is on his way back to Europe.

This is because the clubs have agreed terms and he now has to work out the details of the contract with Wolves.

Sky Sport Italia had repeatedly stated Cutrone was ‘unconvinced’ by the destination, but he seems to have changed his mind.

Wolves proposed a five-year contract worth €3m per season, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Milan need to sell after Andre Silva’s €30m transfer to Monaco fell through at the last minute.

Wolverhampton are believed to have made a final offer of €20m plus bonuses for Cutrone.
