Patrick Cutrone has “already apologised” to Milan Coach Gennaro Gattuso and the squad after his irritated reaction to a substitution.
The striker was annoyed at being taken off during the 0-0 draw with Bologna on Tuesday evening.
“It was all over in a flash. I know I was wrong, so I explained to the Coach that it was a misunderstanding,” Cutrone told Calciomercato.com.

“It was all over in a flash. I know I was wrong, so I explained to the Coach that it was a misunderstanding,” Cutrone told Calciomercato.com.
“I have already apologised to him and the whole squad. I was hurt and there was a misunderstanding with the bench over whether I was able to continue or not.
“I take the blame, but every player wants to be out there and my desire was to give a bigger contribution to the team.”
The Rossoneri have drawn their last two Serie A matches 0-0, but remain fourth in the standings.
“We remained united in difficult moments. We’ve got to prepare in the best way possible for the next game against Fiorentina. They are a quality opponent, but we too aware of our capabilities.”
Gonzalo Higuain’s goal drought has been going on for six weeks now.
“I listen to Higuain a great deal both on the field and off. He’s a wonderful person. We know how good he is, how much he can give to Milan and we really believe in him.”
