Juan Cuadrado has taken his medicals with Inter and is expected to join the squad at their pre-season retreat tonight.

The 35-year-old Colombian landed at Linate airport on Tuesday evening and underwent his medicals in Milan today. His agent Alessandro Lucci was seen entering the club’s headquarters in the afternoon, ready to finalise his client’s arrival.

Cuadrado is joining Inter on a free transfer, having ended an eight-year spell with Juventus at the start of this month. He’ll pen a one-year deal with the Lombardy capital, adding an experienced reinforcement to Simone Inzaghi’s squad.

As highlighted by Gianluca Di Marzio, Cuadrado is now ready to join his Inter teammates at their pre-season training retreat in Lugano. He’ll arrive this evening before starting work with his new club tomorrow.

During his eight years at Juventus, the Colombian made 314 appearances across all competitions, scoring 26 goals and providing 65 assists. He helped the side win five Scudetti, four Coppa Italia and two Supercoppa Italiana titles.
