This was a fundamental step towards giving the all-clear for matches to get back on track after the coronavirus pandemic.
The report states that the CTS “appreciated the detail of the analysis” presented by the FIGC, Lega Serie A and Players’ Association.

Despite calls for it to be changed or scrapped, the quarantine rule remains the same as for the contact training protocol.
That means if one person within the group – player or staff member – tests positive for COVID-19, that individual is quarantined, while the entire group must go into a training ground isolation retreat for 14 days.
This remains an issue for the clubs and has been criticised by the President of the Italian Sport Medics’ Association, Professor Enrico Castellacci.
“I would bet on the Serie A season starting up again, but I’m not sure I’d bet on it reaching a conclusion,” former Italy chief medic Castellacci told Radio Capital.
“With one positive case and the 14-day rule, I would see that as the end to the season.”
The Premier League decided to resume from June 17, but with a seven-day quarantine only for the individual who tests positive rather than the entire group.
Italian Minister for Sport Vincenzo Spadafora is due to decide today when and indeed if the Serie A season can restart.
A likely date is for June 13, but that’ll be either for the outstanding Coppa Italia semi-finals or the remaining Week 25 fixtures that were postponed at the start of the outbreak.
The last Serie A match played before the lockdown was on March 9.
