Crotone sporting director Giuseppe Ursino warns Milan must be quick if they want to secure the services of Junior Messias.

The Brazilian forward is one of the Rossoneri’s targets to replace Hakan Calhanoglu.

According to Calciomercato.com correspondent Daniele Longo, there will be a new meeting between the representatives of the two clubs this evening, but Ursino has warned the Rossoneri that they must finalise the deal quickly.

“There was a slight interest from Fiorentina, but I don’t know what will happen now, there are three or four clubs interested,” Ursino told Lady Radio.

“The player will surely leave on a permanent deal and not on loan, but the clubs that want him must make a move now.

“Messias is a very strong player and can play in different positions.”

Ursino also revealed Nwankwo Simy was a target of Fiorentina when Gennaro Gattuso was in charge of La Viola.

“Since Italiano arrived, we haven’t heard anything new,” Ursino revealed.

Simy scored 20 goals in 38 appearances with Crotone last term and has eventually joined Salernitana on loan with obligation to buy.

  1. I really hope he will NOT come. I guess its pretty rough that you start dreaming with players like Isco, Sabitzer, Vlasic, heck, even Bernardo Silva and Renato Sanches!, and in the end all you can get is an obscure veteran from Crotone… 😒
