“It’s natural that the results leave a bitter taste in the mouth, not just for the statistics, but also the way they came about. Those do prompt the club to reflect, but we reflect along with our coach to understand how we can quickly turn things around.
“We trust the coach to get that hunger and grit out of the lads, elements that are absolutely necessary if we are to chase our dream to the last gasp.”
