Crotone have been given the all-clear to play their first home game at the Stadio Scida against Napoli on October 23.
So far this season, they have been playing their domestic fixtures at Pescara’s Stadio Adriatico.
Restructuring work took longer than expected to bring the Scida up to Serie A code.
There were concerns this week that the debut would be delayed again, but an eight-hour inspection gave the all-clear today.
The group of inspectors were accompanied outside the ground by hundreds of Crotone fans awaiting news.
