Croatia to send Kalinic home?

Nikola Kalinic will reportedly be sent home from Croatia’s World Cup squad, after the Milan striker refused to come on against Nigeria.

Zlatko Dalic’s side won 2-0 on Saturday night, thanks to an own goal and a Luka Modric penalty.

According to 24sata though, the Coach asked Kalinic to come on for Mario Mandzukic with five minutes remaining, but the striker said he couldn’t as he had a back problem.

Juventus winger Marko Pjaca came on instead, and the website is reporting that Kalinic will be sent home today.
