Hernan Crespo has conceded that this will probably be his last season at Parma – even if he’s not ready to hang up his boots just yet.
“I’m 90 per cent sure that this will be my final campaign here,” the 36-year-old striker commented. “I’ll then look to try a different experience.
“I still have the desire to play football, but at other levels,” admitted the former Argentina international.

“As you get on you start to realise that, despite the fact you are still enjoying yourself, you’re unable to take part in every training session.
“That’s why you start to think that it might be time to move on.
“A future in Asia or America? Why not? I would like to try a new adventure.”
Crespo has been a regular in Serie A since Parma signed him in 1996 from River Plate. He spent four years at the Tardini before joining Lazio.
Spells at Inter, Chelsea, Milan and Genoa followed before he returned to the Gialloblu in January 2010.
