Newly-promoted Cremonese are in negotiations with KRC Genk for Conference League top scorer Cyriel Dessers and Rapid Vienna for defender Emanuel Aiwu.
According to Sky Sport Italia, talks are progressing well for Nigeria international centre-forward Dessers.
He impressed on loan at Feyenoord last season, reaching the Europa Conference League Final against Roma by scoring 10 goals in 13 games in that competition.
Overall, he was on target 21 times in 47 official appearances between KRC Genk and Feyenoord last term.
The Belgian season has already started, with the 27-year-old finding the net three times in his opening two Jupiler Pro League matches.

The 21-year-old talent is very versatile, able to play primarily as a centre-back, but also at right-back or in a defensive midfield role.
Aiwu is a product of the Admira Wacker youth academy and has 13 caps for Austria at Under-21 level.
