Cagliari have confirmed Alessio Cragno returned to training with his teammates after having recovered from coronavirus.

The goalkeeper’s future at the Sardegna Arena is uncertain, as his performances with the Rossoblu have attracted interest from some of the giants in the League.

But coach Leonardo Semplici will have the goalkeeper at his disposal for the remainder of the campaign.

The 26-year-old has conceded 50 goals in 29 games this term, keeping four clean sheets in the process, and should be back in the starting line-up against Napoli this weekend.

The Italy international was replaced by 24-year-old Guglielmo Vicario, who has helped Cagliari string together a streak of three consecutive wins and the Casteddu have thus climbed out of the relegation zone with five games remaining.
