COVID-19 cases are spreading rapidly, in Serie B, with an outbreak confirmed at Pordenone and new cases at leaders Empoli.

Pordenone already had last weekend’s game with Pisa postponed due to the number of players and staff testing positive for the Coronavirus.

The outbreak status was confirmed today with another two positive tests, taking the total number to 12.

Meanwhile, Serie B leaders Empoli also cancelled today’s training session after announcing that another two elements in the matchday squad tested positive.
