Serie B leaders Empoli have had to request the postponement of two games after COVID cases sparked a quarantine order from the local health authority.
There is a new outbreak of Coronavirus at the club, although the number of players and members of staff who tested positive has not been confirmed.
A statement from Empoli FC noted they had received an order to suspend all training and go into quarantine for 10 days, until April 7.
That means they must request the postponement of Serie B matches against Cremonese on Friday and Chievo next Monday.
