Juventus no longer consider Dusan Vlahovic unsellable and reports suggest they may look to make a move for Atalanta’s Rasmus Hojlund in the future to replace him.

The Bianconeri had high hopes for Vlahovic when they paid Fiorentina around €80m for the striker back in January 2022, but 14 months on he’s still failed to look as dangerous as he did with the Viola, scoring just eight goals in 18 Serie A appearances this season.

Juventus are now willing to sell Vlahovic in the summer should the right offer arrive, and they’ve already started to look around for possible alternatives to the Serbian striker.

Daniele Longo of Calciomercato.com details how Juventus already had their eye on Hojlund during his time with Sturm Graz, but stepped back as Atalanta swooped in with a €17.2m offer.

The Danish forward has shone in his debut season in Bergamo, scoring eight goals in 25 games, and the Bianconeri now believe he could be a strong replacement for Vlahovic in the future.

Atalanta are hoping to retain the 20-year-old for another year but a number of clubs have emerged with interest in him, meaning they could be forced to sell in the summer should a lucrative offer arrive.
