According to Il Corriere dello Sport, Manchester United, Newcastle, Liverpool and Aston Villa are ‘in the front row’ to sign Juventus star Federico Chiesa this summer.

The Italy international is under contract at the Allianz Stadium until June 2025 and his agent Fali Ramadani has recently denied that the winger has demanded a new €8m-a-year salary to stay in Turin.

However, the Old Lady are ready to listen to offers for the 2020 EURO champion and according to Il Corriere dello Sport, they will sell for €60m.

Tuesday’s printed edition of the newspaper (page 9) claims Manchester United, Newcastle, Liverpool and Aston Villa are in the ‘front row’ to sign Chiesa this summer. Bayern Munich are also said to be interested in the Italy international.

Sky Sport reported last week that Chiesa is unwilling to join Aston Villa.

According to Corsport, Chiesa no longer feels at the centre of the project, especially after seeing Max Allegri switch to a 3-5-2 system when he can only play as a winger with defensive duties or as a centre forward.
