Various Italian outlets have speculated today that the Rossoneri’s joint-CEO will meet with Empoli’s President, with Sarri one of the favourites for the San Siro bench next season.

Corsi has moved to deny those rumours, but concedes that the Tuscans may not be able to hold on to their Coach.

“No meeting is scheduled with Galliani,” Tuttomercatoweb reports the Empoli patron as telling Sky.

“Have I talked to Sarri about it? We’ve made some jokes, but that’s all. We have a wonderful relationship.

“Could he go to Milan? I wouldn’t be happy, he deserves it as a person, I'd be happy for his career, but losing him would be a major blow for us, we don’t even want to think about it.

“In the past we’ve lost a lot of good Coaches, we’re used to it.”
