Inter forward Joaquin Correa said he will be available to play against Empoli on Wednesday.

Simone Inzaghi should have the Argentine back in action, unlike Arturo Vidal, who didn’t manage to train with the rest of the group on Monday.

Correa was back in training and dispelled any doubts regarding his conditions ahead of the next match in Serie A on Wednesday.

Sky Sport Italia was present outside the sports centre at Appiano Gentile when the player was asked if he would play against Empoli and the former Lazio star replied with a smile and said: β€œYes, yes.”

With Correa back in action, Inzaghi will be able to rotate between Empoli and Udinese in the next two games in Serie A.

The 27-year-old, who joined Inter on loan with an obligation to buy with conditions this summer, has been out with muscular problems and has only played in five Serie A games so far this term.

He has been involved in two Champions League games since he joined the Nerazzurri and started life with a brace in his first game against Hellas Verona.
