Gossip columnist Fabrizio Corona continues to make different allegations about Juventus midfielder Nicolò Fagioli, suggesting the gambling addiction sees him owe €70,000 to one illegal bookmaker.
Corona was the first to report that Fagioli had issues with gambling back in August, which is also seemingly when the investigation into illegal betting from Serie A players began.
Speaking to Radio Radio and on his own Telegram channel today, Corona claimed that Fagioli is in debt due to his gambling.
“I know who Fagioli owes a lot of money too. I assure you it is not just organised crime that runs betting rings in Rome. A singer and DJ, who is rather famous, is a very important bookie in the Capital.
“I know that he has players who gamble and that Fagioli now owes him €70,000.”
