“It is a great city and a big club where football is lived 24 hours a day and the support of the fans is continual,” said Coach Corini in his Press conference.
“It’s true there is immense pressure, especially playing at home, but they say if you can coach at Napoli then you are ready for absolutely anything.
“Napoli showed great character to win at Genoa, which wasn’t easy. The main protagonists from last season remained and so has their general structure with Marek Hamsik sacrificing himself to work between the lines.
“On top of that they signed Jonathan De Guzman, who was already decisive against Genoa, and Michu, while Zuniga is back in action after injury.
“On the other hand, we have changed a lot from last season and must work hard to become a team as quickly as possible. I expect a good performance and consequently a positive result.”
Ezequiel Schelotto has been ruled out of the trip to Naples with an injury.
