Roma could complete the deal for Dinamo Zagreb creative midfielder Ante Coric at a cost of €7m plus bonuses this weekend, it’s reported.

Both Tuttomercatoweb and Calciomercato.com claim that a transfer is imminent and he could fly in for a medical this weekend.

Coric is not in the squad to face Slaven Belupo and is expected to be on Italian soil over the next few days.

It’s believed the original price-tag of €8m has been negotiated down to €7m plus another €1m in performance-related bonuses, as Roma raised their €6m offer.

The clubs are down to the details, Coric is eager to make the move and the 21-year-old Croatia international is the next reinforcement for Roma.

He had been repeatedly linked with a Premier League move in recent years, but felt he was not ready and wanted more time to mature.
