Napoli are forced into at least one change for the Coppa Italia Final and have a trident doubt, while Juventus keep Miralem Pjanic and Douglas Costa on edge.

It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on Wednesday at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).

If they are all-square after 90 minutes, the trophy will be decided on a penalty shoot-out, skipping extra time.

Napoli qualified after holding Inter to a 1-1 draw, with Dries Mertens setting a new all-time club record of 122 goals in the Azzurri jersey to cancel out the Christian Eriksen opener.

Napoli qualified after holding Inter to a 1-1 draw, with Dries Mertens setting a new all-time club record of 122 goals in the Azzurri jersey to cancel out the Christian Eriksen opener.

David Ospina made a series of crucial saves during the game, but he was also booked for time-wasting and will therefore be suspended, so Alex Meret inevitably has to step in and take the gloves.

Gennaro Gattuso has largely favoured Ospina since taking over from Carlo Ancelotti in December, as the Colombian is better at distributing the ball with his feet.

Meret isn’t the only change, as Fabian Ruiz is now fit enough to start in midfield, replacing Eljif Elmas, while it’s not clear who will start between Jose Callejon and Matteo Politano.

The former Inter man got the nod for the semi-final, alongside Mertens and Lorenzo Insigne.

Stanislav Lobotka is still out of action, although Kostas Manolas may well be ready for a spot on the bench.

Juventus have two potential adjustments to the XI that played a 0-0 draw with 10-man Milan last week.

The question marks remain over Pjanic, who had also been in doubt for the semi-final, as if Sami Khedira steps in, then Rodrigo Bentancur will be moved to the centre of the midfield three.

Another doubt is Douglas Costa as part of the trident attack, as Juan Cuadrado is tipped to start instead.

However, Cuadrado could also be used as a right-back instead of Danilo, which is where the Colombian has been fielded the most this season.

Cristiano Ronaldo continues to play in a centre-forward role, flanked by Paulo Dybala, as Gonzalo Higuain, Giorgio Chiellini and Merih Demiral are injured.

Although the trio are mentioned in the squad list released by Juventus, they remained in Turin and will only fly to Rome separately tomorrow.

Aaron Ramsey missed the semi-final with Milan, but should be fit enough for a place on the bench.
