Coppa Italia, probable line-ups: Juventus vs. Fiorentina

Juventus host Fiorentina at the Allianz Stadium tonight, with Paulo Dybala likely to start on the bench.

It kicks off at 20.00 UK time.

The Bianconeri won the first leg in Florence 1-0 last month and can qualify for the Coppa Italia Final for the 21st time in their history. However, confidence is high in Florence and Gaetano Castrovilli is the only absentee for Vincenzo Italiano. The Italian midfielder has suffered a severe knee injury and will return in 2022-23.

The Old Lady is without Federico Chiesa, Kaio Jorge, Weston McKennie, Manuel Locatelli and Arthur. Denis Zakaria and Adrien Rabiot are the only centre midfielders available. Mattia Perin will start in goal tonight. Bonucci from the start, Dybala on the bench.

Youssef Maleh is favourite over Sofyan Amrabat, while either Arthur Cabral or Krzysztof Piatek will start in attack. Riccardo Saponara or Andrea Sottil on the left. Piatek is the best scorer in Coppa Italia (12 goals) since 2018-19. Fiorentina are the team with the most goals in the first half in Coppa Italia this season (6).

Max Allegri has won two games from two against Italiano (both this season) and the Tuscans’ coach has lost four games out of four against the Old Lady.

Eight of Fiorentina’s 14 goals in the competition were scored from set pieces and La Viola lost just one of their last seven away games across all competitions. Fiorentina and Juve are the teams with the most shots in Coppa Italia this season (53 each).
