Luciano Spalletti will rotate against Cremonese tonight, leaving Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Victor Osimhen on the bench and starting Giacomo Raspadori and Giovanni Simeone.

It kicks off at 20.00 GMT.

Cremonese have a new coach, Davide Ballardini, appointed on January 15 to replace Massimiliano Alvini, who hadn’t won any of the opening 18 Serie A matches this term.

Spalletti will rest several regular starters, including his stars Osimhen and Kvaratskhelia, while Hirving Lozano is suspended.

New signing Bartosz Bereszyński is expected to start his first game for the Partenopei, letting captain Giovanni Di Lorenzo rest.

The Partenopei reached the Coppa quarter-finals eight times in the last nine seasons with the only exception being last year when they lost at home to Fiorentina.

Cremonese have travelled to the Stadio Maradona with only 20 players. Cyriel Dessers, Luka Lochoshvili and Vlad Chiriches are among those out of action for the Grigiorossi.

They have never scored against Napoli in three previous Coppa Italia meetings, conceding five goals in the process.
