It kicks off at 20:00 GMT.

Fiorentina have won both Serie A games against the Grigiorossi this season, including their last meeting at the Stadio Zini in March.

The Tuscans have won the last eight games across all competitions, but strugglers Cremonese, who have only won one match in Serie A this term, have already eliminated leaders Napoli and José Mourinho’s Roma from the Coppa Italia.

The second leg will be played at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence on April 27. The winner will face one between Juventus and Inter who collected a 1-1 draw in the first leg played in Turin on Tuesday night.

Cremonese are without the injured Alex Ferrari, Vlad Chiriches, David Okereke and Christian Acella, while Fiorentina have travelled to Cremona without Salvatore Sirigu and Riccardo Saponara.
